Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for women who are ready to prioritize their wellbeing, radiance, and rest. Whether you're navigating burnout, life transitions, or simply seeking deep self-care, this experience is designed to bring you back home to yourself — emotionally, physically, and energetically.
I’ve never done face yoga or fascia work before — is this okay for beginners?
Absolutely. All practices are guided gently and accessibly, with lots of one-on-one attention. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to receive and reset.
What’s included in the price?
Your investment includes 5 nights in a private ensuite room, all meals and non-alcoholic drinks, daily yoga and face yoga sessions, 2–3 personalized treatments, guided workshops, a wellness gift box, airport transportation, and optional excursions. Full details are above.
What’s not included?
Flights, travel insurance (required), personal purchases, alcohol, and optional spa services or extended stays.
What are the payment terms?
A $500 deposit is due at registration to secure your space. 50% of your balance is due by November 1, 2025, and the final balance is due by January 31, 2026. Flexible payment plans are available upon request.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations on or after October 1, 2025 will forfeit the $500 deposit. Cancellations between October 1, 2025 and February 17, 2026 will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations on or after February 18, 2026 are non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
What happens if the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled?
We keep our retreats intentionally intimate and require a minimum number of guests to proceed. In the unlikely event that the retreat does not meet its minimum (or circumstances require us to reschedule), you will be notified as early as possible and receive a full refund of all payments made — no questions asked.
Can I bring a friend or come with someone I know?
Yes! We welcome pairs and can offer rooms near one another. Plus, if you refer a friend, both of you will receive a $250 discount if booked by September 30, 2025.
I have specific dietary needs — can you accommodate them?
Absolutely. Our private chef prepares nourishing, gut-friendly meals with attention to allergies and sensitivities. You’ll be able to note your preferences after booking.
Will I have time to rest and be alone?
Yes. While we have curated sessions each day, we intentionally build in space for solitude, journaling, reflection, and poolside rest. This is your retreat — you’ll never feel rushed or overscheduled.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected changes happen. Our policy ensures fairness while also protecting the care and investment that goes into delivering a world-class retreat experience.
The $500 deposit is refundable up until September 30, 2025.
Cancellations made on or before September 30, 2025 will receive a refund of any additional payments made, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made between October 1, 2025 and February 17, 2026 will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total retreat price.
Cancellations made on or after February 18, 2026 (90 days before the retreat) are 100% non-refundable.
If we must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.
We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. You may use our recommended provider or a trusted service of your choice.
